Who am I?
Hi everyone!
My name is Rosario Velásquez but my friends call me Ro. I was born on June 7th 2000, I'm currently 20 years old. I lived the first four years in Recoleta, Santiago. When I was four years old, I moved with my mother and siblings to commune to Paine, where I currently live.
I have one brother and two sister, I’m the youngest. I remember when we arrived to new house we were very poor, the first few days there was only one bed and little food. I didn't want to be there, I just wanted to go back to my dad. It was very sad for me. Days later I made many friends and it made me very happy.
My first years of study were at the Paula Jaraquemada school. The teacher told my mom that I was too intelillent to be in that school so she changed me to Las Americas school, but in the new school I had very bad grades and I was almost expelled, i really hated school, i just liked play volleyball with my friends and sing ''Feliz Cumpleaños'' -in español and english- in all class. In the high shcool Las Américas I had the best grades and one of the highest PSU scores in the class. In 2018 I studied at a pre-university because my personal challenge was to study architecture at the Universidad de Chile and a year later, I entered FAU. I’m currently in my third year of architecture and I made good friends, I‘m very proud and thankful.
I currently live with my mom and my dog Blacky, we live very happily and peacefully together - and we are no longer so poor hahaha. Paine, is very beautiful, there are many rivers and hills nearby and that makes me very happy. In my free time, I cook vegan food with my mom and we watch movies or series like ‘’Avenida Brasil’’. i love painting, dance, rollerblading, and go to the river with my family.

ingredients for the dough
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
ingredients for the filling:
- 3 cups of dehydrated soy protein
- 2 cups cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp hot water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
I hope you make the recipe, you won't regret it! You can fill it with whatever you like.
